ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and lead projects involving the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system e-clinical works to maintain overall performance and functionality of the Clinic’s HIS system, as well as troubleshooting, driving system improvements and performing optimization tasks to ensure a healthy and operational mission including design issues, and upgrades.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

       2. Legal Counsel (Permanent) (1 place)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in drafting and negotiating of contracts and legal documents, including meeting with relevant parties with respect to legal matters.
  • Review agreements and documents that minimize risks and maximize legal rights e.g. commercial contracts, service agreements, leases, licenses, merger and acquisition, third party service agreements or other business contracts.
  • Provide accurate legal guidance on all matters that affect the company.
